LASHANDA JACOBS

LaShanda Jacobs has been with CMC Building, Inc. for over 20 years.  She works hand in hand with the Division VPs to ensure effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, sales, and safety measures.  Mrs. Jacobs manages our day-to-day finances and overall operations; serves as a company representative on regulatory issues; and assists with the decision-making of upcoming opportunities.  In addition, she verifies systems and principles in place and provides effective communication between company divisions to ensure the company is performing at its best potential.
